. TESCOS VOUCHERS

North Ayrshire Ice Hockey Club

Once again this year we will be collecting the Sports for Schools and Clubs vouchers and we would like the parents to support us as much as possible.

These vouchers will then be exchanged for sports equipment that the club would consider being beneficial to boys. So please help us by doing your shopping at Tesco and collect as many vouchers as possible, this also includes fuel purchases.

ALSO PLEASE ASK YOUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY AS WELL

Any vouchers collected can be handed to your team manager or directly to me.

. AWARDS NIGHT

This year’s Awards night will be held on Tuesday 19^th June 2007 in the Magnum Theatre. A bar will be available on the night in the room above the swimming pool. The evening will commence at 7.30pm.

This year’s Annual General Meeting will take place in the Magnum on Thursday 21^st June 2007 with a 7.30pm start time.

The following positions are available for election

Chairman

Vice – Chairman

Treasurer

Secretary

The existing office bearers are available for re election.

Any person wishing to stand for any of these positions should do so in writing to the club secretary, with a proposer and seconders detail.

Anyone wishing any items added to the agenda should do so in writing. The closing date for all applications & Agenda items is Monday 11^th June 2007. The agenda will be posted after this date.
